Thank you!

The part of the sectional I usually sit in is wearing out and the bar in it is pushing into my back so I am sitting in the one next to it…where Boone likes to sit to be next to me…
They are confused 😂

The new tub is in place but not hooked up to anything. I am worried about it getting done as Randy seems to always be in significant pain. He says he’s ok, but he’s not. He needs both knees, a hip and a shoulder done. His warranty ran out and his body imploded all at once. At least I took a year between joint replacements…he keeps fighting me on getting fixed…I hope the DMSO helps, once it finally gets here
I need to find some way to het rid of the animals. Mister and the chickens are the only outside critters I want to stay. The rabbits, ducks and pig have to go. I can’t afford the money or the effort it takes to care for them. Prayers! I need a solution!

Love Mr Boone!! He's such a goof ❤️
OHHHH and you're always making sourdough, I just made a pizza using only starter/discard. I keep A LOT of starter on my counter. Cast iron pan, a little oil, starter to cover the bottom, 450 for ~10 min, then add all the goodies, 450 for about another 10 min. DONE! No adding flour, no waiting for anything. Soo tasty. LOL you probably already do this!!

Came across this study with black pepper essential oil and pain, thought of you -

In a nutshell....
Estimates indicate that approximately 20% of adults are plagued by chronic pain. When we think of alleviating discomfort, applying essential oils directly to the affected area often comes to mind. However, emerging research highlights that simply inhaling these aromatic extracts may also provide significant relief. This is largely due to the way inhaled essential oils engage with opioid receptors in the brain and, in some cases, cannabinoid receptors scattered throughout the body.
In a randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled study, the therapeutic potential of inhaling black pepper essential oil was rigorously examined against sesame oil, which served as a placebo. Participants experiencing pain were divided into two groups and tasked with rating their discomfort on a scale from 0 to 10—where 0 indicates no pain and 10 signifies the worst imaginable pain. Following this initial assessment, they inhaled either black pepper or sesame oil for a duration of 15 minutes. Remarkably, those who inhaled black pepper essential oil reported a substantial reduction in pain intensity, boasting a 36.1% decrease, while the sesame oil group, conversely, noted an increase in pain following the inhalation.
