I know someone that has an eleven month old french lop. The rabbit was breed a month ago, had babies, but the (first time mother) accidentally stepped on them so they didn't live. :hit Shes woundering now how soon is the soonest to breed her rabbit rabbit again. Im not quite sure so I thought it would be better to ask. Thanks!

From what I have read-

anytime. I have read that some breed the next day after birth, some wait 3 weeks, some wait 2 months. depends on the breeder and the health of the rabbit.

hope that helps.

Yep - right away is just fine. Nursing takes more out of the mother than pregnancy does, I'd wait after kits are weaned but no need to wait after kits are born if they die right away.

Tell your friend to hang in there. First litters OFTEN die - the mother's instincts on how to care for them just don't seem to kick in until the second litter. Chances are she'll do much better the second time around.
