Like last year, I'm going to have a kidding thread, if a bit late. Three of my girls have already dropped babies. I have two who are looking to have kids soon. That would be Heidi the LaMancha, and Annie the pygmy mix. Two other girls have two kids on the ground: Belle with her bottle baby Ragnar, and Delilah with Rollo.

My two Saanens have been sold along with one who was pregnant and one with 2 kids.

One of my Boer crosses had a stillborn.

So, we'll see...:caf

Annie had her kids today! A doeling (the gray one) and a buckling (the brown one). They're named Specter and Bison, respectively.

They're mighty cute and Annie is naturally a good mom! I heard them when I went and fed. The kids were dry and moving around. I moved Delilah and Rollo to the main pen and put Annie in the kidding pen. Poor Delilah! She's low on the totem pole and complained vociferously about being put back in the doe pen.

So, this time Oreo is throwing bucks. His kids stand at:

4 bucklings
2 doelings
1 Stillborn buckling

A buckling and a doeling got sold with their mom earlier.

Yesterday I discovered Specter is a boy! (How did I miss that?)

So the tally is:

5 bucklings
1 doeling

I'm going to keep the 4 bucklings and wether them. Eventually they'll go to freezer camp, but they're fun and super cute right now. The doeling and other buckling got sold with mom some time ago.

They are adorable!!!! Congrats, and love the sweaters :)

Are you all healed up now after that awful horse accident? Have been thinking about you and hoping all is well.

Thanks! I still have aches and pains from it and I still have some memory issues, but those seem to be slowly going away. Thanks so much for asking.
