There is an Asian style restaurant that opened up this afternoon and we were their first customers. Food was very good and the portion size was on the silly side. There was enough food in each of our orders to feed three people. Now we finally have a decent place to eat without having to drive 30 miles.

When I was out with the breeding flock this morning, Maisy showed me that she can be a pretty good people guardian also. Our ram Oshi, was being more determined to get in my space than normal so I popped him on his nose a couple of times to move him back. I was picking some stuff out of one of the ewes hair so not paying close attention to Oshi. Evidently he got in my space again since Maisy jumped up in his face with a growl and a bark to back him up.

Hey Mike! I used some of that Carolina sauce you made on salmon tonight. I made blackened salmon. Recipe: season it up, melt butter in the cast iron skillet. Cook one side, flip it over. Tired, go sit down for 3 minutes. Oops, what time was it when I sat down?
And that’s how you get blackened salmon, or at least that’s how I did it. Your Carolina sauce was the perfect compliment to my blackened salmon! LOL

That kind of sauce is actually best on grilled chicken. :)
