Y’all are having a good lambing season!

It has been productive. I think we had 28 ewes lamb and other than 4 singles, they were all twins and trips.

How many sets of triplets did y’all wind up with?

We had six sets of trips right now but Princess always has multiples and she looks like a dairy goat from behind.

Averaging to more than twins per ewe. That is an exceptionally high ratio! Congrats!

Thank you. Except for that 30 day gap between the first lambs born and the rest of them it sort of changed our market plans. We were expecting to take a load of lambs right about now but that obviously isn't happening now.

The bottle lamb is really growing now and healthy. A "just because" picture The other picture is out of the bedroom window.

I guess you will have 2 loads about a month apart.

We may take the first born twin rams all by themselves since I'm not going to get into another bunch of OOPs lambs. They are both right at 50 pounds and prime so that works. Our sale barn is only 20 miles away.

We are finished lambing for this time. Princess had triplets and they are all doing well.
