They are stupider and dumber than anything I have ever seen or heard of...we'd be jumping for joy if you were to FIX some of the roads in and out of some of the places we take the farm equipment... at no cost to us... just for you to be able to access your property on the other end....

Looks good! I would have printed out list of dates & names of people you pulled out of ditches with pictures where you have them. Make them look EXTRA stupid when you submit into evidence that you've been playing tow-truck service for your neighbors since road is so horrible.
