Looked this up -- for all of us.....

They suggest this is muscle damage often. So he may have been butted hard, got a foot caught and pulled a muscle or such....

Myoglobinuria in goats is treated by rehydration to help the kidneys clear myoglobin and prevent acute kidney injury:

Saline: Administer normal saline or Ringer's lactate to maintain a urine output of 200–300 mL/hour.

Mannitol: May be used to help with osmotic diuresis.

Electrolytes: Manage electrolyte abnormalities like hyperkalemia conservatively.

Myoglobinuria is caused by muscle injury or necrosis, which releases myoglobin into the plasma and renal tubular fluid. Urine containing myoglobin can be normal in color, but it can also appear dark red or brown if there are high concentrations of myoglobin.

To prevent myoglobin in goat urine, you can:

Provide goats with unlimited access to clean, fresh water

Add salt to encourage water intake

Reduce the amount of grain and concentrate fed to goats

Acidify urine by adding 10 grams of ammonium chloride to the goat's feed daily

The major concern is to keep kidneys flushed, while whatever heals and stops releasing this into his system. The ringers can be IV but, can also be SQ if you don't have an IV port. So, lighter color urine is the goal!!
I grabbed a rescue 911 pack for hydration from tsc Timothy hay and horse wrap to put around Iv. I am not confident about doing this but I havent found a helper yet so I may put him in the stantion and see how that goes. DH is thinking the "horney buck" may have injured him. I am still not sure I just want to help him heal. he did drink water and lick the salt block he ate a couple pieces of a spanish melon(cantelope type) and carrots it seems when he stands urine just drips out I hope that is flushing
Thank you so much for the info!

The SQ will find its way to keep him hydrated?

The Vet gave me 5 20G x 1 1/2" needles, 1000ml Vetivex Riggers injection usp, and the new antibiotic

20g needle is that for subq or do I need to make sure he doesnt move at all for the whole bag?

SQ will be fine. It sounds like that's what the needles are for. When I was giving fluids to a sick dog he would just stretch out on the floor while I rubbed his head. Goat is probably not going to be as cooperative. Might be good to put him on the stanchion. As best I remember it only took about 15 minutes or so, but I can't remember if we did the entire bag at one time or broke it into twice daily...

It would make a big soft lump under the skin, but it would absorb in fairly quickly.

Fingers crossed that he's going to come around for you. If not, it's not for lack of you trying. You deserve a hug! :hugs
