Today I worked on chicken tractor. I got tin put across the back, placed the split PVC top on and made wire “hinges” . I put two 1x4’s at the end, gonna put an end gate there. As usual, I only have a vague picture of the finished product and no idea how to get there. LOL

Thunder rumbled, so I dropped chicken tractor to put up a shelter in Coopers pen. I’m going to get 3 more pallets to finish it out, but this gives them something now.

Today the ewes and lambs grazed the field, Cooper and girls grazed the yard and I put Reina on the driveway.

Storm is here. I thought it would hold off until tomorrow or tonight, but it’s blowing and raining now. Tomorrow supposed to get 2” so it will be soggy and my road will flood. Yay. I put The Texas Five in general population with the ewes and lambs. Buford is now in their pen along with Sheba. He was in Coopers pen last night and this morning as they were getting awake, he started pushing them around the pen. I didn’t need to deal with him while I was mad, so I put him on a 10’ cable. I finished my coffee and let him off the cable. Poor puppy. He can be so good, then he’s such a screw up.

I didn’t finish the chicken tractor. Stinky Dirty Birdies are still on the porch. Even if it was finished I couldn’t put them out with all the rain coming. Oh well. DD and family are coming in Friday, they can just stay off the porch. Yeah, right.

Going to grocery store, because I don’t want to go tomorrow.

The Texas Five are probably thrilled to find actually edible TASTY green stuff. They left just as it was becoming edible here. The others are down i the gully bottom or up the other grazing all day now. We need more rain to keep this up. :fl Just another month of the wet stuff to keep the green stuff growing. They look to be shedding out nicely too.
