Carson and I rode the mule, I picked up petrified wood. It was something to do. Ate lunch, took nap, folded and put away 3 loads of clothes. Got Reina’s hooves trimmed.

LOL true. Mine are 90% dogs (not mine!) and 10% PBR. Also taught graphics for the local college.

I came from a dysfunctional home, no one amounted to anything and a parent who didn't believe their kids would either. Fast forward to my career start in the service and I thought, no one is going believe this and that I was part of this war that broke out of what went down. So I bought a disposable camera and started snapping and the rest is history...

This is muddy. It’s better today after sunshine yesterday and it will be sunny today. Rains tomorrow.

Dump truck would sink and cut deep ruts. As soon as I can bring in more dirt, I’ll be working on that.

I just ran the ewes with lambs through the chute, taking fecal samples. I have gnat bites on my face, I swallowed a few and at least one went up my nose. Wet warm conditions make those things worse than horrible. There are clouds of them.
Carson and I rode the Kawasaki mule to the paved road this morning. County dumped a couple loads of big rock in a few places. It’s better, but there is still a pond of water, and deep ruts with a big hump in the middle. Storms start tomorrow before noon. A full day of sunshine today and I think I can get my car out in the morning. I’ll leave it at church and catch a ride home. Or walk.
