I could’ve used the hog lard. Sarah’s mom had a dental thing and couldn’t come. Oh well, those pies will disappear. I made BBQ sandwiches for supper and Sarah’s favorite, impossible buttermilk pie. Using Bisquick, I dump all ingredients in one bowl, beat with mixer, pour in greased pie plate and bake.
At Spot’s 5:00PM feeding, we trooped out to the pen so Lauren, their autistic daughter could bottle feed Spot. She was so excited. Then they all got to hold Spot, hug, squeeze and cuddle him.
All is well in the sheep pen.
It is raining, cold at 40F and I lit the propane heater when I got up to make coffee.
@Ridgetop and her DH came in after Spot’s debut. We had BBQ sandwiches and buttermilk pie. We sat up and visited and everyone is still asleep.
