Did a quick off-the-cuff mountain scene. Hated it. Something weird with my colors getting chalky.. ? But couldn't leave it alone until I put 'Something' in that open space. Settled on a bear.

Moving on

It will sell! You can talk to decorators and people who stage properties. They like using original artwork instead of hanging the same standard prints everyone sees all the time.

Take some pieces around and ask if they would like some to put in the store on consignment. You can get used wooden picture frames at thrift stores. Touch them up a bit with paint to look new, or sand off a bit to look "rustic". I used t buy cheap prints in wooden frames just for the frames. LOL

My Goodwill bins store has fab frames. Usually large art frames!!

There's a swap meet coming up in a couple weeks.

Found out yesterday that my unemployment claim was actially denied.
Drove to the VEC to file an appeal... nobody there but the guy answering (not answering!) the phones, so filled out the forms to request an appeal.
Should hear back in a couple weeks.
Had a good interview yesterday to be 911.
Have a phone interview tomorrow for vet assistant.
Sold the old, dead pickup - yeah! They should be here tomorrow AM with a check & a rollback.

This is a whole new kinda hard.
