We are mid-fancy hair. I currently have a pack of Vikings w/ blond hair and blue eyes running around. I managed without missing major spots. Fingers crossed the color goes as smoothly.

I used to have hair that I could color up.

Thanks for the coffee @CLSranch . Maybe it will perk me up. I’m a little sore from yesterday. Not too bad, so I guess I’m in pretty good shape. Back is a little sore, legs and knee is good. I was up and down the ladder, bent over pulling nails, sweeping and cleaning the roof. I pulled some shingles. I had a tarp to put the shingles on to carry to the edge and throw in the roll off box. Once the men saw that, they took over. It sure saved a lot of steps. Horrible heat.

Good of 20 yrs. 
My sprained knuckle is still sore! Can't use well but improving...need to remember I can't depend on it!! Bummer. Few more days and it'll be pretty ok
Today it's sunshine out there. Nice to see. Dry the grass, after 4" of rain. Soaked in well over the few days it got watered, more Mon & Tue. Maybe another inch. We had gotten too dry, so glad for wet.
Just another home day. Chores and then... ?? I'm certain there's a fence break waiting for me. picked up a couple bags of insulators at TSC...a type I didn't think I had enough of. Hoping to run wire today. I NEED these goats on this pasture but NOT going to corn field next door!!! 
. I don't need to buy that crop. 
Pour another cuppa, change clothes and get moving!!

I'm sorry about your hand, ouch!Not physically raining today but, everything is wet! Sunshine later will dry off
During rain time inside I managed to stub my little toe AND yesterday sprained my little finger joint where it connects @hand... Left hand swollen & sore at outer fingers. Basically useless.Need to get back out where sore back and shoulders are more tolerable!!
Well, here's the sun arriving! Coffee done. Probably should dress and get outside to do whatever I can, considering I'm "one handed" for a few days now

WOW @Margali -- now that's definitely something that will be remembered forever! Amazing colors - and other kids don't have that much fun with their Moms for sure! WTG
Sipping my cuppa, doing the word game I spied something small and fast-moving - and long - weasel of some sort, ducking into holes (gopher holes) and out again, and a HUGE pile of dirt at the base of one of my roses - GRRR. Wonder if the squirrelinator would catch it if I baited it with an egg? Hmmm. I'd relocate elsewhere on the ranch - lots of gopher hotels out there.
And last night - walking back from the barn Obi - dear sweet Obi almost trotted right over a rattler. I called him back. It was small and stretched out. Thank God and St Francis it didn't move. THEN Obi decides to head home and steps (or looked like it or micromillimeters close) and it still didn't move. GAWD DOG! "Hit" Obi with a SIT STAY --- and he did, ears back and sad and knew he was in trouble. Called DH on the cell and said bring the snake stick and a shovel. The rest is history. About time to head out - have 4 coming for and instinct test. Hay $.
