Just having coffee. Really late for me! Up until 2am working those veggies into sealed bags for freezer 🥱. No rain today. Gotta get that car window fixed to ditch the plastic!! Almost 1.5" of rain, so wet in pastures...holding off a few hours to dry up.

Gotta say -- it was so nice to have short hair this morning😂 quick comb thru and done! 👍 It won't be hanging sweaty wet on my neck or face anymore, either!! Trim appmts will happen.

Guess I could fix some brunch about now 🤔

Ah - the joys of GPS are striking again. 5:55am someone at the ranch gate by the barn - saw it on the gate cam. Got out, walked around -- the gate was shut -- backed up and left. Later, just before lunch a strange car gets to the barn corner, slows, stops, sits and waits, then drives ahead -- bottoms out hard on the first dip 👏. And continues on -- Obi and I go out and stand in the middle of the asphalt and the guy looks and acts like he can just go around us (yeah right go ahead and try you'll take out a fence on one side or roll off onto the concrete drive on the other). I tell him it doesn't go through, you're on my driveway. He's perplexed, still wants to go around us. I tell him the sign says "Your GPS is wrong, no access" and I repeat "It doesn't go through you're on my driveway" and tell him to turn around and leave. Guy is looking like 'who the heck is she' - but obliges. Amazon Again. I should have said...
"You know why that gate is open? Because I had to go to the post office 10 miles and 20 minutes away BECAUSE Amazon does not deliver here and you think you're driving through - fat chance."
Thank you NOT Google maps for making a grove access easement on an adjacent property a full fledged through road - which it most definitely is no and is locked because it is a grove "road".
Must not have had enough, or perhaps had too much - coffee
And I reported the "Map Error" to Google a month ago when I saw it on a realtor map.

Car window got new regulator and motor since a PKG deal. Woohoo, goes up & down again. 😃. Beef roast cooked in insta pot while I rode tractor to bush hog. Been a good day. No extreme heat, slight breeze and low humidity. Moved goats to another field. Better put a ⭐ on the calendar for today.🤣

Now I can have dinner. Maybe even a glass of wine. ☺️

Fen woke me this morning by bumping me then licking my toes (ewwww) I told him it wasn’t 5 yet and to leave me alone. He continued harassing me so I grabbed my phone and dang if it wasn’t 5:01. He’s more accurate than any alarm clock!
He ate then disappeared. I heard a crash in the kitchen (worst counter surfing dog in earth!) I knew he was guilty of something terrible because he pinned me down and plied me with kisses. He always does that when he’s guilty. Like a man buying flowers.
Sure ‘nuf, he knocked the big Alexa thing my son bought me, off the counter. She’s still alive though. He headed outside to harrass the rabids, so I elected to have my coffee. Wish I could send him to turn off the drip!
Little drip…

62 to 92 today. Outa bed, fed the dogs, snagged a cuppa and a pastry I bought from the little local bakery yesterday, then let the sheep out and grabbed a weed whacker. Ram that until it ram out of line, grabbed another and ram it until it ran out of battery. It feels good to make progress on the huge project. Next go around I should load my stuff into Little Red (Pioneer UTV) because hoofing it back up the barn is a pita now that I’m getting further and further away.
Sitting on the glider with my iced coffee and catching up with you all.

Didn't the rams object? Should think the ewes would not like their menfolk being used in such a manner. If they want to run down their guy that is their business. :)

(Just messing with you... it is one of those days.)
