Coffee is ready. I got another good night of sleep. I think what I need is more physical activity. All day bush hogging on the tractor, mowing with my little 23 HP Kubota and 4’ bush hog has produced 2 nights of uninterrupted sleep.

Tropical storm is fizzling out. Looks like today will be a drizzle or misty rain, but no floods. That’s ok with me. Weather forecasters are disappointed but there’s another possibility brewing that gives them hope.

@Weldman, you got snow yet? I could go for some cooling off here! LOL
I could see the flakes but wasn't sticking any.

This morning I'm having a @Baymule morning -- awake at 3:30 for NO reason 😳😞 Having coffee with morning TV news. Local stuff. Nothing I'd get up for but, since I'm up 🤷 it's noise. Seems we're 2" short on rain for the month and heat going to triple digits this weekend. Neither good news.

Mowed a field yesterday -- to help pretty much kill it out. I want new forage there. Heat & no rains will do a lot for that effort. Prob rake into pile, till a break area around it, burn and then light till whole field this weekend. Ready to drill seed before a rain.

I'll go to work today. Yeah, only one or two half days a week this time of year. I go during heat of day 😂👍👍

Congratulations! It looks like a lovely wedding and a good time had by all. Maybe too good of a time for a few, but it got handled. Love the Dumb and Dumber!
Thank you @Baymule! Yes, it was a lovely wedding and a good time.
a couple pics of the garter removal. Yes I was taken by surprise when he did that because his knee is still in the healing process from his tumble off the front steps back in March or April.

I slept till 6:30, but didn’t go to bed until 11. I am on my first cup of coffee, then maybe a couple of scrambled eggs for breakfast, then outside I go. I’ve been unpacking boxes, making headway. So much stuff, I’ve got a box full of junk store stuff to take back to son’s house. Need to get door open on one of those shipping containers and get more stuff out to go through.

I have a sneaking suspicion that after spreading 400 tons of rip rap yesterday with rebar in it the owner of the auction house is going is going to employ me on grading few hundred tons of back fill over it. I watched belly dump after belly dump trucks dropping all day yesterday and there was some already dropped before I got there.
I'm over there spreading rip rap and yanking rebar out of my tracks, the customer is piling up the back fill like a cat burying schit and I'm laughing my arse off knowing he is only making it worse when it comes time to spread it out. I'm sure when I show up today it will be a 12' high mound or larger.
