Glad to hear. This sitting around, restraints, alot of BS sometimes... I realize there are times certain things need to be done... BUT .... get 'em up and get them moving... good for the body.... better for the BRAIN and psyche.

I wear an Apple Watch thingy and I average 5 miles a day, point being is this thing has alert if someone falls. Also can measure steps, heart rate, steadiness in walking, how long you stand and the list goes on. Be a good thing for him to set goals on the measurements to increase at least one step more than the day before.

I’m 11B and we all went to Benning as infantrymen, in fact it’s OSUT for us 11 bravos. One Station Unit Training, which means basic and AIT for which him and me both walked the grounds on Honor Hill in the end. Delta 2-19 was where I was there back in ‘02.But Ron responded to the DI type of voice!
He's 11 Bravo, infantry, AIT at Fort Benning.
