So sad - no 'nads - too bad! LOL Much better for him and he will be less inclined to wander after enticing female smells.

This morning drop off at vet went okay. He was intensely interested in the young German Shepherd there for her spay that was seated across from us.

I got call about an hour ago he's out of surgery and resting okay.

 

[Margali]

Leo is home and in sheep trailer so I can monitor him. It's parked in shade next to house with box fan blowing air in. I moved one of my weather station's outdoor wireless sensors into the trailer at dog level. It's same temp in trailer as outside it.

 

[Baymule]

You go over and beyond to make your animals comfortable and happy. Leo will be ok in the trailer and have a nice place to heal up. You are a good doggie momma!

 

[Margali]

Leo is doing good after his neutering. He's not bothering the stiches to much.

 

[Baymule]

That’s good, he should settle dow a bit now. Neighborhood females won’t lure him away.

 

[Margali]

I don't know if he's being good right now or not... He has all the sheep rounded up by gate into pastures and is intently following the one white sheep in bunch around. That is the male I weathered a couple of days ago so I'm sure that smells interesting.
Cassandra is playing outside nearby and says she hasn't seen him put mouth on the sheep. It is almost earliest of time I put sheep up and feed everyone... I guess it depends on condition of sheep when they are put up.

The wether was perky and not slobbered on so I guess Leo was just sympathetic.

Do you mean the two simply swapped stories of lost manliness?

 

[Margali]

Leo got his stitches out today. Everything was good. Then we toured the local Russell feed store and he got to pick out a new leg bone chew.
