There is nothing you can do. Depending on how severe the heart murmur is, it can heal up on its own. If it is really bad, then it is only a matter of time. I definitely understand just enjoying her. They are precioius and enjoyable.

Listen to your own heartbeat first.......hopefully you will here "lub dub"

Then listen to hers, the speed may be different so just pay attention to the sound, if there is a "Swish" or an extra lub in there, then she prob has a murmur.

I really hope for a lub dub on this cute little wee one
Wait your suppose to hear something? I always wondered why I craved lovely women and blood.

Peaches seems to be sleeping more, she's always slept a lot, but I would think she would be sleeping a little less by now. She wasn't as active yesterday. I'm not getting a good feeling about this. :(

She is always more active at night. Last night she was up walking around peed and pooed, sucked her bottle, but most of the day she slept. This morning she doesn't want to get up, won't hold her head up. She is listening to me, sucked her bottle some, about 3 oz, but doesn't want to move. I gave her some Karo. i also gave her a small amount of liquid Baytril. I know it's not ideal but it's all i have at the moment. I am worried she may have gotten sick from all the in and out of taking her outside. I also tried to slowly start switching her over to Goat milk replacer. I mixed some in the bottle with her reg goats milk & water to try and get her use to the taste... could that be a problem? I am going to get some goats milk from my friend right now..... don't know what else to do for her....

I would get a shot of Banamine into her. I would also listen to her heart. Her lungs need to be listened to too but I don't know what to tell you to listen for. If you could get Excede, that would be a better antibiotic. I would also stick with the goats milk if you can. You have to be so careful with the replacer.

Depending on what is going on with her heart and lungs, they may not be able to handle her growth, even if it is a little bit. It is so hard to say. The fact that she has lived this long is a huge credit to you.

Problematic lungs: listen for a gurgling sound, a whistling sound, a popping sound, etc. If your in doubt, listen to your own lungs first, take deep breaths and listen to the inhale and exhale.

When i got back she had pooed a big pile, more than she ever had, and started lifting her head again but still seems tired. I gave her 1/10 cc of banimine. She drank about 1.5 oz of her goat milk, she acted hungry....... I am hoping maybe she had an upset tummy...... or something.
