I'm hungry for vengeance as everyone knows and have had a taste of how the court works.
Now I'm going to legally take her property and kick her out with her boy toy. As I said before when taking her to court for this road schit I am just warming up, now here comes everything I got.

Just be careful... because I would not put it past them to start taking potshots... and that would worry me with your wife traveling back and forth to work etc.. I think you can take care of yourself... BUT..... these people are crazy....

I already expect that as is, fire one round and it will be over. When the wife leaves I'm a few minutes behind each time and they know you touch her and here I come.
What they don't know is she is efficient enough in marksmanship with her rifle to get rounds down range with maneuvering tactics I've taught from my skill set till I get in place to neutralize the situation if she hasn't already.

I don't doubt that she is probably a very capable person... and that you have already considered possibilities.. but it could come at any time... and with vengeful idiots like them, it makes you targets. And taking a shot at her while driving would put her at a disadvantage. Which is why even with the situation with the road court case we already felt that would happen and are going to move to get her taken out of here so we don't have to feel that way.

Would force her to move off of it since she has no legal standing and then I would sue the land owners if they got in the middle of it. Technically she is squatting which really puts her at a disadvantage of legal grounds to stand on against me.

As far as squatting, the relative would only have to paper whip a dollar and due consideration rent agreement unless Montana enforces a standard contract. Even then they could backdate it to give her proper rental tenant rights to the land.

But... code enforcement apparently loves to fine the ever living daylights out of everyone. Send notice of violation of covenant with pictures to them. Easy fine for them and fines accrue to the land not crazy lady. Enough fines unpaid and land will get seized and auctioned on the court house steps.

If they are living in a trailer/mobile home and not allowed to do so, then the property owners will be fined and forced to remove the trailer. If she is squatting on relatives' lad and they are fined, they may kick her off themselves.

She played it smart and put it in her kids names so she couldn't be touched. Was such a fiasco years ago in the court house when she did it, the ladies who filed the paperwork remember it as yesterday.

Regardless of who's name it is in, the trailer is still illegal so it if gets removed, she will not have a place to live...and if the kids get fined, then it might just get them to "wake up"....
