We haven’t named her yet. She came with the name Piper, but we’re not keeping that name since we already know a piper. Thinking of the name Harlow, Adelaine (or Adeline) or Genesis. Not sure yet🤷‍♀️. We like unique names, I know some of y’all will be looking at my name choices and shaking your heads😂

I had a great aunt named Adeline. Classy lady, artist, lived to 107 years old. Fond memories. Naturally I’m leaning toward Adeline.

Lovely goat, I’m sure she will be everything you want and then some.
It’s funny because before even reading your post, we decided not but an hour ago that her name would be Adeline. I believe she will be a little gold mine.

I’m going to post a picture of the new Nubian Adeline’s udder/teats when I get home. I want y’all let me know what you think. She’s never had babies before, so it’s not as developed as it’s going to be later on.

So I know that I forgot to post pics of Adaline's udder/teats, ill get the pics on here eventually. If all goes well, we will be picking up four doelings on Saturday and one bred LaMancha next tuesday. That will bring us up to a total of 11 goats ( 🤔 I think...Ive lost count lol)
The four doelings (two 4wk old, two 8wk old) come out to a total of $465 (all purebred ND, gorgeous colors, ill get pics as soon as I can)
The bred LaMancha doe is $150 (I coaxed the seller down from $200) also purebred, 1 yr old, FF, pure white.
Do yall think they're worth it? They would all be paid for by my sister (who, I admit, has much more money than me) but they would be considered both of our goats because I've started the business and paid for Hay until June (also she would be using Enzo, my buck to breed them once their old enough).

Soooo, Kevin the peacock decided to disappear, off sowing his wild oats, as my mother likes to say. He went missing for TWO days. We thought he had died😔. Next thing we know he shows up in my neighbors back yard and led me on a half mile long wild goose chase. By the time we got him caught and back at home I was coughing up blood from running so hard, ( for the record I am actually in VERY good shape, I used to be a cross country runner ) but the air was nice and cold and I have activity induced asthma, so there’s that.
Update on Notre Lee: her udder seems to be filling up a little, no ligament changes, but she’s becoming quite reclusive.
