How about a card catalog of sorts for recommend reading in the different areas. Like, breeding, feeding, general health. I am looking through Barnes and Nobel and Amazon but would like a list recommended by those who know the book and the animals. I would think there would be others out there looking for the same info as well. (Nifty for BYC too )

Are you looking for a recommended reading list of threads on the forum or a recommended reading list of books for each type of livestock?

We're currently working on recommended reading lists of threads on the forum.

I'm looking for books to have a good reference library on hand. Going to the forums is not always the fast way to get info in an emergency.

Ok. We'll look into it. In the meantime feel free to post a thread in any forum asking for books that are recommended by other members. There is already a thread like that on goats.

A BYH Online Store would be nice to have. Just like BYC has.

We're slowly working on this. For now we just don't have enough volume and requests for stuff to justify a whole new store. We're doing / will be doing tests with the GHM's and BYH Calendar at the BYC store to see how those do. Maybe over time we'll have more and more BYH items and maybe even our own store! Supply will depend on demand.

I am currently trying to teach myself how to hand braid goat halters. (I already make cattle, dog, horse and goat leads).

How would I go about selling my "stuff" in the store, if I decide to and we end up getting one?

On the top you have News and Information, and you have one other section, but how about a Stickies that don't fit anywhere else and they are just stickies and nothing else. Something like
'Handy References - Goats' 'Handy References - Cows' etc. 'Most Read Member Articles - Goats. blah, blah, blah. (Moderator chosen, of course.)
