Sigh... Maybe putting packages in the tote is too much to expect? Atleast stuff isn't on ground for Bruno to eat.

Whew! Tired. I cut yaupon with chain saw. Battery went down, didn’t charge it last night. So I machete chopped yaupon. I cleared around old fence posts, rotted off at the ground, still stapled to old rusty barb wire. I pulled staples out so we can roll or pull wire out of the way. Chase stacked up logs and cut a few trees down. Bennett and Peggy had to go to town at 10. Chase and I quit at 2:30, I came in and warmed up leftover catfish. Saw Bennett and Peggy at their pile of telephone poles, so got in truck and went over. Peggy and I measured, Bennett cut and then loaded eight posts 8’ long on the tractor forks. He dumped them in the field. 3:30 now, done.

Early but up....didn't want to be, however, I am. Slept well, so that helps. Coffee brewing and smells good. Worked a full day yesterday, another today and tomorrow. Busy next week, also. 🥴 Winter coolish this week and hope winds are gone. That helps.

Weekend I need to work some fence "trouble" spots. Looks like rain late Fri and late sun...sure narrows window for that but, gotta do! Hoping it's light stuff. Don't need a lot of mud and wet.

Better go get a cuppa and start my "go" into gear. 😁

Coffee is ready, got my first cup. Pork chops for breakfast. I’ll be working on fence today. I’m not sore and stove up after my activities yesterday. A little tired, but not sore. It’s going to be days like yesterday and today all summer.
I need relief from the high prices of feed, I need the grass on this place. Got to get it fenced in!
Wondering if I should make another fence building thread like the one I did in Lindale.

Yeah -- it's a vital day here, too!

Soon as I finish this cup, chores, nose counts, off to work. Team job today, so definite start time. 🙃

Rain off/on most all day. Rain at some point/amount, for 4 days in a row now!! Messing up some farm plans for "to dos" over weekend 😡. If it's too bad for weather, might work a couple stores instead and stay home Tue-Wed. 🥴🤔. Lucky I can arrange that. It's a wait and see....which needs more coffee!

Today is a vital coffee day here too! Expecting 4-7" of snow this afternoon into tomorrow morning. My phone showed me a picture this morning of a recap from last year's photo album, and we had about 3"-4" of snow March 9th, 2022. That's about average, so we will have snow today instead. Ewh.

I have a feeling that if Myrtle is far enough along she will drop her kids in this snow storm. I have heat lamps on just in case. These kids are going to need sweaters. I think I will try to find some online from Walmart. I am thinking PINK because I would love to keep a daughter from Myrtle. The guessing game is the best part!

If you have a thrift shop around, you might could find sweaters there. Adult size sweaters, cut the sleeves off and cut holes for front legs for a boy, leaving a cut under the belly, and cut holes for back legs. Girls, cut holes for front and back legs.
