Herd Master
Up early this morning. Oatmeal, coffee and out the door with Obi and Ree. Friday morning is agility day. Something fun for the dogs and me (though I am sooo uncoordinated at it ). DH let the sheep out.
On the way there - about a 45 min drive, I thought of something. Obi moves through the ranch when he's working with ease and a flowing movement. Zo, on the other hand does not. I'm beginning to think the agility stuff that Obi (ok Ree too) has been doing since he was a puppy has given him that grace of movement. In the regular herding world - trials and similar, there would be no advantage - 90% of trial fields and arenas are "groomed".
Ya' know - it's the things that make you go "hmmmm"
