Got a full 8 hr sleep last night :duc straight thru!!

Pumping that up with fresh brew coffee. :old 😁 that should have me being productive, in some way. It's cooler today but very foggy & wet with heavy dew. I have to pick up a couple things in town, so will do that this morning while I wait for some dry off. Later I'll walk some fields to see where to move some animals around, where to mow next, what to save for winter.....🤔 Gotta move these 3 bucklings who are waiting for auction next month -- they're in the way! Smaller field will do.

Better look at hay storage prep, too. Must move the herd before any delivery, so I can have access thru a field without them "helping" 😂. I'll have 3-4 wks to get ready but, that will be here soon....I procrastinate sometimes. :hide

Coffee! I was awake a couple of hours last night. My alarm is set to go off at 5:20. I ly was going off when I woke up at 7:05. Did I sleep through it? Hit the snooze for nearly 2 hours? Durned if I know. I went outside while coffee was making to let 2 groups out on the field. Rocky and Little Ringo don’t have field access.

Woke up to thunder and rain this morning. Pigs pond is sure holding from last rainfall (1500 gallons) and now this rain. Don't see rain forcasted far into the future, but with cooler temperatures the current water won't evaporate anytime soon. Might be on our way to filling up by next spring after snow melt adds to it.
Just need to get the pole barn to drain all it's rain over there now.

Nursing my knee after yesterday's instinct test, sheep and my knee had a collision course. Should be ok in a few days. Coffee and croissant done, sheep out, later this morning Ree and Zo get their eye exams (should've done before breeding but oh well) -- I'll have to draw a comic for that! 🙃 High of 89 today. It's ..... summer. Still a lot of tomatoes to can and the zucchini are starting to come in - relish and marmalade from those.

About same here Bay...touch cooler at 71 & only up to 85 :celebrate PLUS dry all week!! I'm glad to see sunshine.

Of course, I'm working all week but....evenings I can get a a little done -- mow, weed eat, such things. 😉. Next two weeks of this, then job slacks big time I can do home projects again. 👍

@Margali -- calm, cool, controlled!! At least a week or 2. 🙄
