Mighty few of those places left!

I see hints of more people coming into my general area. It's several years off for any heavy encroachment so I'm ok. But I'd say 10 yrs out, my property will be quite value increased as to resale. It's the warehousing plans that let you know the workers will need housing. The apartments in planning zone -- yeah the writing on the wall. 🤷

Not a concern really, because I won't be moving. My kids will eventually get the sale $$....once I pass on.

I know your neighbor appreciates that!

We didn't know he was our neighbor at the time but the contractor we used to coordinate the strip down of our home used him to replace a lot of drywall both in the ceilings and walls. He basically got out of the drywall business and became a builder after he got messed up enough to have to start replacing body joints. They have a wood furnace so that gives me a place to get rid of wood I have no use for. :)
