I’m getting new neighbors! He’s an Iraq combat veteran, disabled and retired. She is busy with 3 boys. They have been camping in a yurt, going back to Dallas today, will be back. They bought 7 1/2 acres. Purely city folks, eager to learn. They are delightful.

I'm glad they have someone as you to help them, some people don't even know what guinea fowl are as I learned this weekend from someone that is trying to make a go at it out here. They have a leg up with power ran, but sometimes that isn't even enough.
Wish we could get neighbors like that.
Key to the ATV has now been stolen, I need to get these cameras up. Three up but is not fast enough. Cancelled buying the truck cause if I can't secure what I have here then it's only matter of time it will be sitting next to the excavator and other things they have vandalized needing worked on.
This is starting to affect more than just materialistic items.

I’m so sorry that you have such miserable neighbors. Was the ATV in your house area?
Yep within 100'. I took the rest of the week off to just focus on cameras going up. Got a 4th yesterday up after work and I must say very nice system. I added a PTZ (pan tilt zoom) one that knows the difference between movement such as tree blowing in the wind, humans and vehicles. It will also track vehicles and people in a complete circle around it then send me an alert just like the other cameras.
Question remains is, who is going to get here first, me or the sheriff when it sends me the alert...

I was beginning to think it was just me for the few incidents that have happened, now this I am 100% was them. They managed to rip the seat cover partially off too.

This sort of destruction is ridiculous! Does the sheriff not care about these things?
Report it all you want and they will ask, got proof or I will call you back and hear nothing. I gave up reporting as I'm tempted to not call when caught on camera since they repeatedly let them go.
As they told me, y'all all just need to get along out there, we are too far out from you.

Hard to get along when one or two "neighbors" keep doing bad stuff to another. No luck with restraining orders either I suppose since you don't have any "proof". :somad
